ROLE: Customer Care Coordinator
HOURS: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday
SALARY: £23,920
BASE: Eurocell Head Office, South Normanton, Alfreton

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator within our Customer Services team to support and ensure all customer purchase orders are correctly processed as sales orders using SAP on a daily basis.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATORS DO:
Enter sales orders daily on to the Esker system
Check and review sales orders entered by colleagues are correct
Answer incoming customer calls on a daily basis
Regularly update FreshDesk and / or C4C in line with current process
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATORS:
Previous Customer Service experience essential
Strong communicate skills along with being customer focused
High attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
Computer literate - SAP experience an advantageWHAT WE OFFER OUR -:
