Salary: £27,500 – £32,500
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch) – Office-based with some flexibility

We’re looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to provide first-class customer service, process orders efficiently, and be a key point of contact for clients. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with an experienced and supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound customer calls and emails, processing orders, and assisting with enquiries
* Managing customer accounts, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and invoices
* Uploading and maintaining accurate customer records on the ERP system
* Liaising with internal teams (production, despatch, and sales) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Proactively following up on quotes and identifying opportunities for upselling (no sales targets!)
* Supporting customers with product information, returns, and repairs
Requirements
* Previous B2B customer service experience
* Strong administration and order processing skills
* Confident handling inbound calls and resolving queries
* A proactive approach – comfortable following up with customers
* A positive, team-oriented personality – we love bubbly, engaging people!
* Technical knowledge of parts/fixtures/fittings (desirable but not essential)
