We are seeking a CRM, SME & HubSpot Data Specialist who excels in real-time data amendments, pool reporting, and high-impact presentations. If you are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for data management, analytics, and system optimisation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Management: Identify, design, and document scalable processes to enhance business efficiency and ensure alignment across departments. Provide systems training and onboarding for new team members.
* Infrastructure Management: Own, maintain, and improve the marketing tech stack. Oversee CRM database health, lead management processes, and migration to HubSpot.
* Real-Time Data Amendments: Ensure rapid and accurate data updates within the CRM, ensuring seamless information flow and real-time reporting accuracy.
* Segmentation & Targeting: Manage list segmentation and lead scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging, improving engagement and conversion rates.
* Lead Management: Support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining the lead lifecycle, implementing lead scoring, and managing sales alerts.
* Data Management & Pool Reporting: Ensure seamless data syncing across the marketing tech stack for accurate attribution, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
* Cross-Business Communication: Coordinate with different departments to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure optimal CRM usage.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, develop insights, make data-driven recommendations, and optimise marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and overall pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or IT.
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and intelligence from marketing data.
* Expertise in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey mapping.
* Solid understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution models.
* Proven experience in running and optimising CRM systems in a B2B environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Technically proficient, highly organised, and an excellent communicator.
* Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations and compliance.
