Description
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Contact clients to resolve overdue accounts professionally and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and escalate issues as needed.
Work collaboratively with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.
May be working towards an accountancy degree

The success candidate will have experience with the above and be on short notice.
