Job Description
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next challenge? Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to debt recovery? If so, we want to hear from you!
Artis Recruitment are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our clients finance team and take responsibility for managing and recovering outstanding debts. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong relationships with clients.
Credit Controller Responsibilities:
* Chasing outstanding invoices via phone, email, and letter.
* Managing and reducing aged debt to meet collection targets.
* Allocating payments and reconciling accounts.
* Handling customer queries and disputes efficiently.
* Producing reports on debtor balances and cash flow.
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve payment issues
Credit Controller Experience:
* Previous experience in credit control or a similar role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
* Knowledge of credit risk and collections processes
