Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others through creativity and compassion? We are seeking a dedicated Creative Workshop Instructor to lead our innovative rehabilitation program within a dynamic prison environment. About You: We’re looking for someone with: * Experience in crafting, upcycling, or production work, especially in a supervisory, leadership or instructional role * Strong organisational skills * A compassionate, patient, and inclusive approach * Awareness of health, safety, and security protocols, preferably in a custodial or structured environment Your Key Responsibilities: * Provide hands-on training in crafting, upcycling, and production techniques * Supervise, mentor, and support a team of up to 18 prisoners * Work with Work & Skills Coaches to build employability skills and contribute to rehabilitation outcomes. Working Hours: ​38.5 working hours per week, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Tuesday afternoons off.
