Job Description
Are you a creative individual or a graduate with a background in art, dance, sport, psychology, music, or acting? Forever Teaching is on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to bring their skills to life and gain experience working as a Classroom Assistant within Primary and Specialist SEND Schools in South Manchester.
These positions are available for immediate starts and include opportunities for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles. Working patterns range from 3 to 5 days per week, with hours typically from 08:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
We are looking for people with a background in: Dance, Psychology Sports, Arts, Music, Design, or Performance.
Key Responsibilities as a Creative Classroom Assistant:
* Support children under the guidance of the class teacher, either individually or as part of the class group.
* Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the classroom, serving as a role model for pupils.
* Be proactive and confident in using your initiative to adapt to the needs of the children.
* Help create a safe and encouraging environment that fosters both social and academic growth.
We are looking for someone who:

Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed.

Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.
*
Is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to different classroom environments.
* Has relevant experience working with children or young adults in the past 2 years.
* Has an up-to-date DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
