Overview:
Are you a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher looking for a dynamic new teaching role?
Or are you looking for your first step into Education?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor who can start as soon as possible on a temporary-to-permenant basis.
You will be expected to deliver high quality lessons to a diverse group of students, helping them excel in their language skills and cultural understanding.
This role is employed on a temporary contract to begin with and then permanently.
No qualifications are required.
You will need to:
* Work as a Cover Supervisor delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
* Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.
* Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to child protection and safeguarding.
* Within your role as a Cover Supervisor you will need to manage behaviour of students whilst they are undertaking this work.
Qualifications/Person Specification
* Can motivate, enthuse and inspire students.
* English and Maths GCSE/Level 2
* Co-operative, flexible and responsible
* Confidence in maintaining a good code of behaviour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
