Key Responsibilities - Cover Supervisor - Hounslow Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher. Ensure students remain engaged with the work set and support them as needed. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused, respectful environment. Report back on student behaviour, engagement, and any issues that arise during the lesson. Support students in their academic development and ensure they understand the tasks set. Assist in maintaining high standards of discipline and learning in the school.Key Requirements Cover Supervisor - Hounslow Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and engage students. Flexibility and a proactive attitude to work.
