Course Operations Executive – Hybrid Location: Hybrid / Leicester, LE19 1SU – Attendance at our office 2 days per week Salary: £25,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits! Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Planning, reviewing, administration, and running of a portfolio of courses. * Attending and contributing to operational meetings. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure seamless support for training programmes. * Gathering and analysing feedback from clients and delegates. * Managing and resolving cases on Salesforce while monitoring daily client queries. * Coordinating with external speakers and cohosts. * Monitoring course scheduling and ensuring viability. * Running departmental reporting as required by the Senior Operations Manager. * Delegating tasks to administrators and coordinators to ensure deadlines are met. * Taking responsibility for training on any required software or systems. * Ensuring accurate and timely processing of contractor timesheets. * Overseeing task distribution within the department to ensure effective completion. What’s the Most Challenging Thing About This Role Managing multiple courses simultaneously can be demanding, especially during peak training periods. Staying self-motivated and organised while balancing different stages of the training cycle will be essential to maintaining high standards and delivering successful events. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have / be: * Experience running, coordinating, and organising training events. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Extensive experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving issues efficiently. * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with administrative processes. * The ability to work effectively in a hybrid office/home setting. To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have: * Experience within the accounting industry and an understanding of current technical changes. * Previous experience planning training programmes tailored to accountants and tax advisers.
