We are seeking an ambitious Counter Manager to drive the business in a retail environment in Colchester. As the Counter Manager you will be confident in driving your business to achieve company sales goals, traffic stopping, delivering exceptional customer service and performing facial treatments.

1% commission on counter sales

Lead and inspire a part time Beauty Consultant in your team
Oversee and drive all KPI's for the counter
Build and maintain key relationships in store
Training and development
Perform facial treatments
Develop and maintain clientele
What we're looking for:
Background and passion in the beauty industry
Previous Counter Manager experience essential
Beauty Therapy qualifications min level 2
Experience in driving events
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
Skills in building and nurturing a loyal clientele
