Job Description
We are recruiting a Cost Accountant to join a leading energy and industrial solutions company, in a full-time permanent role, based in Stockton-on-Tees.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial plans, budgets, and reports
Management of cost reporting and reconciliations
Supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation
Working closely with stakeholders and external clients
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
CIMA or ACCA (part-qualified or qualified)
Experience in cost accounting and variance analysis
Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (desirable)
Industry experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or engineering (preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
