Job Description

Do you want to build a broad skillset across the Corporate Tax space? Working with listed international groups to advise them on various Corporate Tax needs? A Top 40 firm are hiring a Corporate Tax Manager into their London office. You will work across various areas of Corporate Tax including CIR, EIS, M&A, R&D etc. Ideally, you will already have knowledge of many of these areas; and this role will then allow you to really develop strength in these areas. Responsibilities: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will… * Own your own client portfolio * Work with clients on various advisory projects (M&A, R&D, reorganisation, CIR etc.) * Supervise and review the work of junior staff on compliance elements * Work with Senior Managers and Directors on business development efforts Requirements: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will need… * CTA and/or ACA Qualified with around 2 years’ PQE * Experience with Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory work * Experience managing your own client portfolio Benefits: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will get… * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Private Medical Insurance * Volunteering days as additional leave * Share Scheme * Various extra benefits available via salary sacrifice – allowing you to choose what is important to you!
