Job Description

Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant Location: Remote (With significant Travel) Package: £Negotiable + Bonus + Benefits As part of our ongoing journey of growth and building on our approach as A Forever Company™ we're looking to appoint a Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to the Brown & Brown Health & Employee Benefits team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Employee Benefits you'll manage and develop a portfolio of large corporate and SME clients, delivering comprehensive health, risk, and wellbeing solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Ensure high levels of client retention, revenue growth, and service excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, identifying and implementing solutions that enhance their employee benefits strategies. Build and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, positioning the company as a leading provider in the employee benefits market. Responsibilities: Client Management & Business Growth Develop and maintain in-depth expertise across health and wellbeing products and services, including but not limited to: Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Dental Insurance Health Cash Plans Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) Group Life Insurance Group Critical Illness Group Income Protection Lead client relationships, ensuring tailored advice and solutions align with their business goals and workforce needs. Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings, ensuring optimal client retention and revenue growth. Drive new business development and cross-selling initiatives, leveraging internal and external networks. Ensure all client interactions and recommendations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and FCA guidelines. Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities Embed best practices in treating customers fairly and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice. Ensure all transactions, renewals, and new business processes adhere to FCA compliance requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using the company's IT and CRM systems. Consistently achieve high standards in compliance assessments, maintaining a minimum of 80% green rating. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as a strategic partner to corporate clients, helping them design, implement, and optimise their employee benefits strategies. Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including insurers, third-party providers, and professional introducers. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements, positioning the business as a market leader. Continuous Development & Team Collaboration Take responsibility for personal professional development, ensuring compliance with industry qualifications and best practices. Share insights and expertise within the team to foster a high-performance culture. Support the development of junior consultants and contribute to business growth initiatives. Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to strategic projects as required. Key skills & competencies Communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to develop and execute client-centric strategies that drive long-term engagement. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools. Adaptability and openness to change in a fast-moving market. Qualifications Holder of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) module IF7 (Healthcare) or studying to achieve this qualification Group Risk module GR1 or studying to achieve this qualification
