Contracts Manager (Main Contractor) | Up to £85k + package | Permanent | Surrey, Sussex and London Salary: Up to £85k + (Circa £10k Package) Location: Surrey, Sussex and London - Operating across two regional offices A reputable, multi-faceted main contractor that operates throughout the South East has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing up to three schemes at any given time. The company is a successful main contractor that operates predominantly in London and Southern Counties. They work across a number of sectors including housing, retrofit, education and general refurbishment schemes. Projects range from £1M to £15M. Due to their continued success, they are expanding and have a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them. You will report to Directors and senior management, and oversee a number of projects at various stages, which are primarily JCT D&B contracts. The Contracts Manager will lead all the schemes through final pre-construction phases, then into production and delivery, working to achieve the expected net profit for the contract, collaborating with Quantity Surveyors to ensure the agreed cash flow is attained and production quality is achieved on time and within budget. Experience Required: * Recognised Construction Qualifications * Track record working as a Contracts Manager for a reputable main contractor * Good knowledge of JCT D&B Projects * Excellent communication skills * Strong management style with an ability to get the best out of people * Able to commute throughout Sussex, Surrey and London * Happy to attend meetings in both regional offices - East Sussex and London Bridge area.
