In this role, the successful Contracts and Project Manager would be responsible for quoting jobs, dealing with customers on technical specifications and overall project management across the organisation, while identifying and gaining new business with existing clients, reporting directly to the Directors of the business.
The ideal Contracts and Project Manager would have a broad range of knowledge across the property maintenance industry, be capable of taking on contract and project management duties and be local to Bristol.
