Job Description
POSITION : CONTRACTS MANAGER
LOCATION: ANDOVER
SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000 PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE FOR AN EXPERIENCED CONTRACTS MANAGER
BENEFITS OF THE POSITION OF CONTRACTS MANAGER:
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working hours
• 42.75 Hours per week
• Working 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 16:00pm on Fridays,
Experience required of the Contracts Manager:
* Main Contractor experience
* Programming Skills
* High-end Residential experience
* Traditional JTC Contracting
* Knowedge of ASTA
Must live within 45 minutes commute of Andover
