The role of the Contracts Manager – Fall Protection Systems will involve:
* Contracts Manager position managing multiple projects for a range of fall protection systems
* Producing job packs for installations and service including load lists, RAMS and safe work systems
* Provide marked up drawings to ensure installations are completed accurately
* Regularly liaise with the clients providing excellent customer service
* Ensure site visits are carried out to conduct quality checks and audits
* Managing stock levels and ensuring all installers have stock/equipment to complete project
* Managing circa 30 Site Technicians
* Resolve onsite issues in a timely and professional manor
* Overseeing projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £300,000
The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager – Fall Protection Systems with:
* Must have Contracts / Project / Site Management experience within the fall protection or wind turbine market sector
* Would consider Site Supervisors / Foreman / Scheduler looking to take the step up
* Ideally will have experience within the building envelope or related market sectors
* NEBOSH/IOSH qualified or willing to acquire
* Must be comfortable working at height
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Strong people management skills
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Must be a resilient individual who is able to deal with any issues
