About the Role:

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee North Wales developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with huge growth plans and a strong presence in the industry.
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also work closely with the internal team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
🔨 Manage multiple residential projects across North Wales.
📅 Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
💼 Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
💸 Oversee budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial targets are met.
🔍 Ensure compliance with all quality standards, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
📈 Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective execution.
✅ Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to meet delivery expectations.
What You’ll Need:
✅ Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential construction industry.
✅ Strong understanding of building regulations, planning processes, and health and safety standards.
✅ A solid track record of managing multiple residential projects simultaneously.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Relevant qualifications in construction or project management (e.g., HNC/HND, Degree in Construction Management).
✅ Full UK driving license (company car or fuel card provided).
