Contact Centre Sales Manager
We are recruiting for one of our favourite clients in York, the award winning GREAT RAIL JOURNEYS.
Due to expansion and internal promotion, a full time, permanent opportunity has become available to work as part of the management team as a Contact Centre Sales Manager.
The purpose of this position is to lead, manage and develop the Sales team to maximise conversion rate of every telephone enquiry whilst providing a world-class level of customer experience at all times.
As the Contact Centre Sales Manager you will be:
* Improving capability and motivation within the team through one to ones, coaching, feedback, development and empowerment.
* Driving a performance and customer focused culture
* Creating and driving a high performing, motivational sales environment, ensuring the team are energised to achieve their targets and deliver a great customer experience.
* Collaborating with teams across the business to ensure operational excellence and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
* Managing and fostering relationships with suppliers and third parties.
* Providing accurate and timely reporting to support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
* Embodying and promoting a one team approach across the business and being a part of the on-call team on a rota basis
In addition to the above, the role of Contact Centre Sales Manager also requires you to have the following:
* Proven experience of leading teams to achieve sales targets in a contact centre environment.
* Proven experience of improving the customer experience.
* Driven to achieve sales targets and able to motivate others to achieve.
* A customer-first mentality with the ability to inspire this within their team and across the business.
* A resilient, positive and personable approach.
* A calm and confident approach to problem solving & experience of building strong relationships with suppliers and third parties.
Salary: circa £35K
* Minimum of 30 days holiday which includes the normal bank holidays
