FYI - THIS ROLE REQUIRES CANDIDATES TO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF PROJECT SUPERVISION ON CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS
£40,000 (PAYE) plus pension scheme, paid holidays, free parking, company benefit scheme

Essential Candidate Requirements:
Very good previous experience as a construction site project supervisor.
SSSTS OR SMSTS card
Experience of construction site set up
Experience with RAMS
Own transport and full UK driving licence
Cardiff Bay
Main Duties:
Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project
Overseeing building facilities upgrades and building refurbishment
Supervising subcontractors on a construction site
Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
Issuing permits to subcontractors
Cardiff Bay in Cardiff
£40,000 pa (PAYE) plus holidays, free on site parking, pension scheme and company benefits
