An independent, dedicated Property Consultancy Practice in London is actively seeking a commercially savvy and confident Construction Project Manager to join their team.
This is a prime opportunity for a professional with a passion for excellence in high-end development projects.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will take on a varied workload, primarily focusing on high-end development projects in the Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors, typically ranging in value from £1-30m.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing maintenance contract specification and procurement.
Conducting audits, monitoring, and planned maintenance reviews.
Ensuring project excellence from inception to completion.
Maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.The Construction Project Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
An MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or equivalent.
Ideally MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
Proven diligence in managing complex projects within a Consultancy environment.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
A full driving license.
A collaborative approach to teamwork and the capability to work effectively independently.In Return?
