Are you a Residential Construction Project Manager looking for a new challenge with a multi-award-winning construction company?
Hatched Talent Solutions is partnering with a multi-award-winning, family-run construction company based in Bristol. Established in 2010, the team specialises in high-quality refurbishments, renovations, and extensions.
They provide a broad range of services, including bespoke carpentry, structural alterations, and new builds, catering to both commercial and high-end residential sectors. Renowned for their attention to detail and craftsmanship, the team delivers tailored solutions that balance client needs, design preferences, and budgets, ensuring quality projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Due to impressive growth and increased project demands, we’re looking to speak with a Residential Construction Project Manager (Domestic) to join the team, permanently.
Objective
To achieve company productivity goals through the successful delivery of projects in full, on time and in spec, in line with target cost plans and quality standards to complete customer satisfaction.
Job Overview
* Manage projects from concept to closure, ensuring targets, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Engage with clients to define requirements, create scopes of work, and coordinate costings and design.
* Plan and allocate resources effectively while liaising with operations and sales teams.
* Recruit and source subcontractors to support project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and closure.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Continuously improve systems and ensure projects meet financial and operational targets.
* Maintain client engagement, oversee project changes, valuations, and financial reporting.
* Manage project lifecycles, health & safety compliance, invoicing, and subcontractor finances.
* Provide strategic input, support problem-solving, and conduct performance reviews.
