Construction Manager Road to Construction Director Groundworks
£150,000 + or £650-£700 per day
Standing out for their high-quality delivery on site, this groundwork and civils company are subcontractors to PLC housebuilders including Redrow, Persimmon and Miller Homes. Due to their sustained success, they are continuing to expand creating opportunity for a Construction Manager to join the team.

As a Construction Manager you’ll be responsible for:
Managing 2 Contract Managers
Overseeing 15 sites across Birmingham, Warwickshire, along the M5, Cotswolds, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinating with key stakeholders
Maintaining exceptional health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites
Monitoring site progress, managing resources, and resolving any issues that arise
