This is an exciting opportunity for someone dynamic who can develop strategy, get involved exciting in-house projects and develop relationships with key clients.
We need hands-on direction and leadership skills and experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Director.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations
* Lead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
* Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
We’re looking for:
* An experienced Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Director
* Excellent hands-on direction and leadership skills
* Ideally MRICS/MCIOB qualified
* Must be flexible in hours of work and travel
* Candidate to be able to demonstrate, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
