Construction Administrator – Heathrow Airport
We are currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator to join our team at Heathrow Airport. This is a 6-month temp-to-perm position, offering 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage project documentation, including filing, tracking, and updating records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between team members and stakeholders.
Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and regulations.
Maintain clear and organized project files.
Key Requirements:
Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a bonus).
Basic construction knowledge is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to commute to Heathrow Terminal 4.
