Job Description
Are you an experienced EHS professional looking to take on a role in a rewarding and fast-paced environment? As part of a growing team you will lead the implementation and management of safety and environmental compliance across our clients warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure site compliance with local, UK, and global EHS regulations
Act as the UK point of contact for environmental practices and manage compliance reporting
Develop risk assessments, safe systems of work, and training for staff and contractors
Promote sustainability through waste reduction and environmental management standards
Foster a strong health and safety culture across all teams, including partners
Develop and implement procedures for risk assessment, safe systems of work, and permits for in-house and third-party maintenance engineers
Regularly update documentation and practices in line with current legislation
Prepare content for public environmental reporting, including company accounts and government portals
Experience and Skills Required:
NEBOSH Diploma, IEMA Certificate, IOSH membership
5 + years experience in an Environmental Health and Safety Manager title
Experience in a FMCG, logistics or automated environment preferable
Strong organisational, analytical, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SAP
