Location: Chelmsford Salary: £85 - £140 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time Complex Needs LSA Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs LSA to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford, starting immediately. This rewarding full-time role is ideal for someone with the skills and compassion to work closely with students requiring tailored support in their educational journey. About the Role As a Complex Needs LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex learning needs. Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons. Implement strategies to promote independence and confidence among students. Support students with personal care where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect. Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
