Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Rate: £46.15 - £52.86/hour PAYE

About the Role:
As a Communications Program Manager, you will:
Design and execute innovative communication strategies, frameworks, and storytelling tailored for internal audiences and senior leadership.
Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align goals and achieve program success.
Lead end-to-end program and project management, including goal-setting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop visually compelling and persuasive content, presentations, and narratives for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted communications that drive results.
Leverage your expertise in visual and written communication, with knowledge of tools like Photoshop and Google advertising platforms.Key Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in communications strategy, including crafting multi-level internal and external communications.
Executive communication experience, partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-impact content.
Program/Project management experience, with a focus on communication management.
Experience working with industry-leading organizations.
Strong background in partnering with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Formal education in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Expertise in visual and written communication; experience with Photoshop is a plus.
Knowledge of Google advertising tools and industry trends.What You Bring:
