Commissioning Engineer Full-time, permanent Salary Bracker £40-55k DOE + Car Allowance London (M25 circuit) Are you meticulous and passionate about ensuring systems operate flawlessly with experience with PLC and HVAC? Do you have an analytical mind and a knack for problem solving? If so, this might be the role for you! Our client is seeking a Commissioning Engineer who will be at the heart of their operations, ensuring the seamless commissioning of cutting-edge smoke and environmental ventilation systems. Responsibilities: Reviewing site installations before commissioning. Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring their work adheres to approved methods. Collaborating with clients, representatives, and contracting teams to resolve any issues. Recording and reporting all site measurements and system performance data. Coordinating commissioning activities with clients and subcontractors. Preparing final commissioning reports. Coordinating snagging and rectification works. Providing progress reports to the Project Manager. Assessing, documenting, and managing project risks. Attending project meetings and post-handover site visits. Completing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Skills & Experience: A highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technical excellence. Experience in commissioning building systems. Understanding of electrical PLC-based control systems and control panels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical and systematic approach. Occasional travel to different sites is essential, so a full driving license and access to a car is essential!
