Job Description

Job Shop Recruitment has a great opportunity to work for a global client of ours based in Newton Abbot, we are looking for a Commercial & Warranty Administrator to join their already successful team. You will assist the Commercial & Contracts Manager and Deputy Commercial Manager in all activities as required within the Commercial Department in Newton Abbot and provide administration assistance to our depots in Europe and Tunisia * Provide support to the Commercial Team to ensure all commercial activities are carried out for associated international companies located in Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, France, Portugal, Ireland, and Tunisia. * To Raise CMC and SMI Contract Invoices on a monthly basis as required, * To aid and support depots throughout Europe, on providing parts and labour service estimates, obtain purchase orders and raise invoices. * To identify, check and process FOC Invoices for contract parts issued to Service Contracts using Lotus and Syteline systems. * To identify, check, raise quotations and invoice for “chargeable” parts not included within service contracts. * To Aid Deputy Manager in producing and sending Contract Price Indexation letters. * To aid Deputy Manager on identifying potential AFA Warranty parts, as well as raising , processing, monitoring and reporting AFA claims as required. * Ensure AFA claim parts are stored, identified and accounted for. * To carry out general admin duties, posting, filing, etc Working hours are as follows. Week 1 - Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 16:15, Friday 7:30 - 16:00 Week 2 – Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 16:15 Salary for this position is £26,000 – £30,000
