Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Salary: £50,000+ Location: Canterbury An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm based in Kent. We are seeking a highly motivated and career driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Property team. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly reputable team while being given the framework to develop your own career. Duties include: Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team’s property development caseload Acting for developers, occupiers, high net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers Developing and growing our commercial client offering Contracts subject to planning Sales and Purchases Asset Sales and Purchases Overages and Options Commercial Lending Leases – Granting and Assignment The successful candidate will have: At least 2 years experience as Commercial Property Solicitor Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package: £50,000+ Discretionary bonus scheme 25 days annual leave Excellent pension scheme Legal Services benefits If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
