Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established East London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a full-time basis. Please find below further details regarding this position.
ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE and interview performance)
LOCATION: East London
PQE: NQ/1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities:
Acting for landlords and tenants in lease agreements, variations, licenses to alter, and related matters.
Representing developers in site acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and easements.
Handling property sales, refinancing, and financing arrangements.
Reviewing and preparing finance documents, certificates of title, and corporate resolutions.Key Requirements:
A qualified Solicitor with from NQ up to 1 year PQE
Strong commercial property law experience.
