Commercial Property Lawyer – 10+ Years PQE Location: Birmingham Salary: Negotiable (£80,000 - £85,000 guaranteed first year) We are delighted to be representing a well-established law firm in their search for a Commercial Property Lawyer with 10 - 15+ years PQE. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly team with a clear pathway for succession. The Opportunity Our client is seeking a seasoned commercial property specialist to take on a pivotal role within the firm. The work will be varied and include: Lease renewals Landlord & Tenant matters Asset sales & purchases Commercial property sales & purchases Development work This is an office-based role with some flexibility, making it ideal for someone local who wants to minimise travel burdens and integrate seamlessly into the team.
