Job Description

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Commercial Manager. Based in London with a salary £80k – £100k + senior benefits Reporting to the Commercial Director and with a dotted line to the Board, the Commercial Manager will take full commercial responsibility and ownership of the maintenance and projects works across their diverse contract portfolio (Social Housing and Commercial Property) Working closely and collaboratively with the Maintenance & Project Directors / Quantity Surveyors and Senior Managers to ensure the successful delivery, the Commercial Manager will oversee Maintenance and Service Contracts, maintain relationships, and maximise commercial returns and manage risk. About you: * You will hold a Degree in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience). * Have previously held a Senior QS or Commercial Manager position. * Have experience with Maintenance and Service Contracts. * Have managed small to medium sized Commercial Teams. * Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package. * Possess good technical knowledge and understanding of the Mechanical, Electrical and Domestic components. As the Commercial Manager will effectively be responsible for the whole commercial department, my client is seeking a highly organised Commercial Manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure and who is able to develop and nurture a young team.
