Commercial Litigator** - New Cheshire East Role. This role is offering the opportunity to manage a varied and high quality case load across; TOLATA, injunctions, bankruptcy, BoC, director and shareholders disputes, IP disputes and more - whilst also playing a key role in developing and mentoring the existing team of solicitors.
