Our Client is a leading provider of energy solutions specialising in reducing energy costs and delivering customised energy-efficient projects across Ireland.
Renowned in the energy efficiency industry for delivering turnkey, energy-saving projects for residential, commercial, community, and public sector clients nationwide.
Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Commercial Grant Applications Manager to join my clients existing team in Cork.
This role reports directly to the commercial director. And is an exciting opportunity join a company who strive to drive higher standards of energy efficiency across Ireland both in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage key client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Overall responsibility for commercial grant application success & quality.
Prepare and issue weekly, monthly reports that contribute to decision making.
Fully responsible for the preparation and timely submission of applications for the SEAI Better Energy Communities Scheme
Tracking all proposed application projects and application submissions to ensure internal deadlines and SEAI deadlines are met.
Responsible for updating any relevant grant funding documentation for commercial
Review of Targets and Milestones with the Commercial Director
Communicating with clients on the progress of their grant applications.
Regular reporting to directors on team productivity and KPI results
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction/energy industry and minimum 5 year's experience in a senior management position within the same sectors.
Third level qualification, preferably in Engineering, or any other relevant area.
An ability to consistently meet multiple and often parallel deadlines as well as demonstrate initiative.
Results-driven with proven ability to build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
Meticulous attention to detail.
