Commercial Director Hybrid role – 2 days office-based Salary up to £120,000 Benefits – Bonus, Enhanced Pension, Incentive Plan, Life Cover, Subsidised Gym Membership, Private Medical and staff discounts. We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Director to join a dynamic business within the FMCG industry based in Birmingham and help drive their next phase of growth. As European Commercial Director, day-to-day, your role will entail: Provide direction, guidance and leadership to our International Sales teams. Develop and implement strategic growth strategies to achieve international growth objectives. Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. To be considered for the role of a Commercial Director, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Demonstrated track record of business growth and success. Excellent leadership and management abilities. Cultural awareness and the professional maturity to effectively work across European markets. An Innovative and creative style with a commercial edge. Business transformation and change management expertise. In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry Proficiency in financial profit and loss analysis and budgeting at a leadership level. If successful, you can expect a salary of up to £120,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, bonus, enhanced pension and private medical cover, life assurance and much more.
