Role Overview As an Insurance Claims Handler, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to clients by managing a variety of claims efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Handle a range of insurance claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to company procedures. Assist in producing claims reports and chase updates from insurers.
