Collections / Recovery Team Leader Newton-Le-Willows £30,000 + 30 Days Holiday + Pension + Progression + Company Benefits Are you from a Collections / Debt Recovery Team Leadership background and are looking for a varied, Monday-Friday role within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment for a leading group of communications companies who offer the chance to oversee a tight-knit team and to continually progress your career? This market leading company have rapidly grown since their establishment in the 1980s to the point they now have over 350 employees and a turnover of £100m+. Due to continued success they are looking to expand their friendly Contact Centre team. In this varied role you will have both inbound and outbound responsibilities as you manage a team of Legal Collection Agents. This team serves as the primary point of contact for customers who have received Debt Recovery Letters, handling tasks such as processing payments, setting up payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. This varied role would suit a Collections Supervisor or similar looking for an exciting, dynamic role within a leading company who offer stability and optional progression opportunities.
