Collaborative Planning Specialist Willmott Dixon is looking to add a collaborative planning specialist to the North West team - Join Us in Driving Collaborative Innovation At Willmott Dixon, we're redefining how construction projects are delivered through teamwork and cutting-edge tools like Nialli. We're looking for a passionate Planning Specialist to lead the rollout of our collaborative planning initiatives across our projects in the North region. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by training, coaching, and supporting site teams and supply chain partners, ensuring collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. The Project As a Collaborative Planning Specialist, you'll take ownership of embedding efficient planning techniques across live projects. From facilitating workshops and training sessions to championing best practices, you'll play a key role in delivering projects more effectively while driving innovation and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For * Someone passionate about collaborative planning * A confident communicator who can inspire teams and build engagement. * Knowledge of Nialli (or a willingness to learn) and familiarity with project planning tools like Asta. * Happy to deliver on multiple sites across the North West We appreciate this is a unique role, if you come from a construction management, planning, or logistics background, you're tech savvy and a confident communicator you could excel within this role.
