Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company, in their search for a CNC Setter Operator to  work a night shift at their facility in Liverpool. What our client is offering for the successful Night Shift CNC Setter Operator: Salary: Upto £46000 per annum inclusive of shift premium (DOE) 3 x12 hour shifts a week, no weekends 18.00 - 05.45 Permanent position at a progressive company Life assurance x4 salary Income Protection Scheme Auto Enrolment Pension (E’EE 5% and E’ER 4%) Breakdown Cover Cycle to Work Scheme Access to mental health & wellbeing resources Highstreet discounts and perks The Role - Night Shift CNC Setter Operator: Setting and operating of Fanuc controlled CNC lathes and vertical machining centres, as well as multi-axis turn/mill machining centres. Manufacture components using precision engineering tools Set up and operation of a range of multi-axis CNC machine tools Quality checking products Use of hard gauging and CMM equipment to ensure product quality with fine tolerances Working in stainless steels and heat resistant super alloys Working from engineering drawings What our client is looking for in the successful Night Shift CNC Setter/Operator: NVQ/City & Guilds qualified or equivalent in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline, preferably within manufacturing engineering Previous experience in a similar precision engineering based role - ESSENTIAL Good knowledge of setting and operating Fanuc controlled CNC lathes and vertical machining centre - ESSENTIAL Strong understanding of ISO programming Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation - ESSENTIAL Experience in the setup and operation of Mazak Integrex machine tools - BENEFICIAL Knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth Control - BENEFICIAL Experience of twin turret, twin spindle machining - BENEFICIAL Key skills or similar Job titles: Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Precision Engineer, CNC Programmer, CNC Setter, CNC Machinist, CNC Miller, CNC Turner, CNC Setter/Operator  Commutable From: Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Warrington, Birkenhead, Skelmersdale For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
