Job Description

All Square Recruitment are hiring a CNC Operator Setter on behalf of an employer based in Clacton, Essex. CNC Operator Setter Duties and Responsibilities * Machining in preparation for the manufacture, service and repair of company press tooling * Manufacture and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and other components to exact specifications * Maintain and calibrate machinery and tooling, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool accuracy * Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company health and safety procedures * Reporting to the Tool Room Supervisor Types of equipment you will be working with .. * XYZ Mills * Manual Mills * Lathes * Bridgeport CNC * Surface Grinders Experience required for the role * Ability to read and understand technical drawings * Good problem solving skills with an analytical approach * Understanding of Tool design and associated software packages * Minimum 3 years CNC Operator Setter experience Training will be provided where necessary Benefits available * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Private Parking * Competitive Salary with positive working environment * Company Pension scheme * Christmas Shutdown
