Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in programming using CAD drawings and Open Mind Hypermill CAD files to accurately set up and program machines. Proficiency in CAD software and SolidWorks for reading and interpreting technical drawings is a must.
Responsibilities
* Program machines accurately using CAD drawings and Open Mind Hypermill CAD files
* Operate and set up machines as needed
* Use CAD software and SolidWorks to interpret technical drawings
* Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts
Qualifications
* Proficiency in programming using CAD drawings and Open Mind Hypermill CAD files
* Experience as a machine operator, setter, and offline programmer using Open Mind Hyper Cad-S
* Familiarity with DMG (Celos) and/or Hurco’s (WinMax) machines
* Strong understanding of CAD software and SolidWorks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Day-to-day
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Setting up and programming machines
* Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes
* Ensuring the accuracy and quality of machined parts
Rate and Hours
* Rate: Competitive, based on experience
