Salary: £35,000

The Role
As a CNC Offline Programmer, you’ll be responsible for creating precise and efficient CNC programs to support production. Working with advanced 5-axis machines and high-performance materials, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* GD&T Knowledge – Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to ensure accuracy.
* CAD/CAM Experience – Ideally proficient with FeatureCAM or Fusion 360, though experience with other systems is welcome.
* 5-Axis Programming – Hands-on experience programming up to 5-axis CNC machines.
* Exotic Materials – Background in machining titanium, Inconel, or similar high-performance alloys.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset – A proactive approach to refining processes and enhancing efficiency.
