Job Description
Our client is actively looking for Night Machine Operators to join their growing team based in Ross on Wye. What You Can Expect:
* Benefit from a stable permanent night shift schedule (Monday to Thursday /10.15pm – 6.15am)
* Contribute to the establishment of a new team for our state-of-the-art facility
* Enjoy a permanent night shift (Mon - Thur) with a fixed schedule (no rotating shifts) Competitive pay of £16.67 including shift allowance
What You Will Be Doing:
* Operate CNC production machinery for accurate manufacturing
* Follow company SOPs and adhere to health & safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members for efficient information exchange
* Engage with Shift Coordinators and Leaders to address issues
* Record production data accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in work areas
* Properly dispose of production waste. What We Are Looking For:
* A minimum of 2 years CNC Machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment
* Good basic level of IT skills
* A keen eye for precision and accuracy in tasks, ensuring meticulous executionBefore You Apply
