What you will be doing as a CNC Machine Operator?
* Review and decode engineering blueprints to identify machining needs.
* Prepare and configure tooling, fixturing, and machine settings for precise operation.
* Operate and control 5-axis CNC machines to fabricate complex, high-accuracy parts.
* Oversee production runs and inspect components to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
* Carry out preventive maintenance and address minor mechanical malfunctions.
* Ensure the workspace remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety protocols.
What do you need to poses to be a CNC Machine Operator?
* 2 years hands on experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
* 5 years machining experience.
* High levels of enthusiasm and a positive attitude at work.
* Work well in a team.
