CNC Brake Press OperatorLocation: ChertseySalary: £(phone number removed)phJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for programming and operating CNC brake press machines to manufacture high-quality stainless steel panels, typically up to 3mm thick. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the CNC brake Press Operator:
Program and operate CNC brake press machines.
Work from engineering and manufacturing drawings independently.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and maintain quality policies.
Safely operate associated tools and machinery, such as guillotines, rollers, stud guns, grinders, power files, and drills.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve build quality.Essential Skills & Experience of the CNC brake Press Operator:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication and brake press operation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn and be trained on specific machines.Desirable Skills & Experience of the CNC brake Press Operator:
Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160 brake press.
Familiarity with Radan software.
Knowledge of CNC punch machines.CNC Brake Press Operator Benefits:
