I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to work as a Clinical Lead within an award-winning, family-run nursing home in Leicester.
The home provides high quality, person-centred care for 40 residents with elderly and dementia care needs. They have an excellent reputation within the area and have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC.
As the Clinical Lead you will work a mixture of clinical and supernumerary shifts. You will work alongside the management team to support the multi-discipliniary staff team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
For this role it is essential that you have previous leadership experience as well as strong, up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge. You should also be confident in completing audits, care plans and team training.
