As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Oversee clinical and quality standards within the home.
Lead and guide nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident well-being.
Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
Provide hands-on clinical support and leadership when required.

For the Clinical Lead position, the ideal candidate will have:
Active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.

In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
